Support for all HavenZone web sites is offered directly in the administration panel created with each web site. When you have a problem with your web site or need to make a change to a page you could log into your custom administration panel of your web site and fill out the information in the form. If you have a service contract support is covered and if not the prices for support are listed below.

Additional website updates will be billed at $125 per hour with a 1 hour minimum per update after your available updates have ran out for the month.

10 updates or 4 hours worth, (whichever comes first) of website updates every month at a reduced rate of $70.00 per hour.

Minor updates to individual web pages are $55.00 per page
Creation of new pages are $125.00 per page including new links
Fixing problems with initial creation is no charge
